Skills and knowledge that competitors will be tested on could include:
•    Measure, cut, fit, and weld metal component assemblies
•    Interpret vehicle dimensions, specifications, and accurately measure given points on a vehicle
•    Perform structural adhesive repairs on plastic components
•    Metal shape and finish a panel with the use of a hammer, dolly, file, and plastic filler
