Competitors will increase their awareness of employment procedures leading to future employment in a trade and technology field by applying for a mock position. Skills and knowledge to be tested include:
•    Greeting interviewers and introduction
•    Knowing the aspects of making positive first impressions
•    Listening skills and showing sincere interest
•    Pronouncing words in clear and understandable manner
•    Knowing personal qualities and how to “sell themself” to a prospective employer
•    Knowledge of prospective employer
