Competitor’s knowledge and skills will be assessed in the preparation, application, and decoration of common surfaces. The appropriate technical skills needed are: surface preparation including filling and sanding, brush application to all types of surfaces, roller application, enameling, lay-out and application of wall graphics, colour mixing, the application of wall coverings, and suitably protecting surrounding surfaces.
