WorldSkills International

Team Canada 2017

Every two years the WorldSkills International Competition brings together over 1000 competitors from across the world to raise the status and standards of vocational skills and training worldwide.

The next WorldSkills Competition will be held in 2017 in Abu Dhabi. At the 2016 Skills Canada National Competition in Moncton, seven members of Team Alberta qualified as Team Canada prospects. These competitors will now face the WorldSkills Canadian Trials before officially qualifying and competing at WorldSkills Abu Dhabi, 2017.

To be eligible for WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017, you must be born on or after January 1, 1995 (except in Mechatronics and Aerospace Technology).
