Automobile Technicians perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on automotive vehicles and light trucks. Duties of an Automobile Technicians include testing, adjusting, and repairing vehicle components such as engines, steering systems, brake systems, vehicle suspensions, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and much more. 

Automobile Technicians will typically be employed by automotive repair shops, speciality repair shops, service facilities, vehicle dealerships, or large organizations with fleet vehicles.

Step One
Find which regional competition zone you are competing in:

Students enrolled in specific skill competitions by their teachers. Interested students should talk to their teachers about completing their registration
Step Three
Leading up to the Competition, organizers will post detailed event information.
Read over your registration package, contest descriptions and other important project information. Check back regularly for updates.
