Bake Your Own Dessert in a Jar!

Everyone loves a yummy dessert! Learn how to create Strawberry Chocolate Verrine in a jar with chocolate mousse topped with macerated strawberries and chantilly cream.

Essentials

A stove top is suggested, but participants can also use a microwave. Participants will also need:

  • cutting board
  • paring knife
  • electric hand mixer (or standing mixer)
  • bowls

A gift card will be provided for the required groceries and to purchase mason jars or mugs.

Registration Maximums

Schools may register 1 class of 25 to start, and may request waitlist spots. There is a registration limit on the number of classes we are able to accommodate for this session. To adjust your class size, contact katherinek@skillsalberta.com
