Cook Up a British Favourite: The Sausage Roll

The sausage roll exists in almost every culture around the world in some form but the British have made it their own. Elyse Chatterton, a classically trained English master butcher and member of the Canadian Butcher Team, will guide you through how to create traditional English Cumberland sausage meat and wrap them in a delicious home made shortcrust pastry for the perfect on the go meal.

Recipe and ingredient list will be provided. Registered schools will also receive a gift card to purchase ingredients.

Registration Maximums
