Architectural Technology & Design

Architectural Technologists translate design concepts into graphic images with graphic drawings and plans. Using Computer Aided Design and Draft software (CADD), architectural technologists prepare architecture drawings, sketch building details, create and build 3D scale models.

Professionals in the field of Architectural Technology and design must have an understanding of building products, building codes, and technical drawings.

Architectural Technologists can earn careers as architects, engineers, contractors, and building component suppliers.
