Professionals in the Electrical Installations trade are referred to as Electricians and are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. Typical duties for an Electrician include reading and interpreting electrical drawings and plans; interpreting codes to determine wire layouts; cutting, bending, threading, and installing conduits and other types of electrical conductors; testing circuits, and much more.

The Road to Provincials

Step One
Post-secondary students submit their application to compete through our online portal directly. There they will find necessary registration forms. Upon acceptance, competitors will be notified through email.

Visit the provincial competition event page for important details, including the contest description and Registration Package.
