Get A Taste of French & Ukrainian Cuisine
Please join Chartier’s Chef Tamara Solon in merging Ukrainian and French Canadian culinary traditions together in making Choux Farcis (French vegetarian cabbage rolls). Learn to roll soured cabbage leaves filled with cooked rice, grated mushrooms, dried dill, minced garlic and sauteed onions. This is served with dill garlic cream sauce, something that would make any baba proud! Chef Solon is passionate about food, Alberta producers and farmers, and Chartier has been featured on Food Network’s Big Food Bucket List. Let’s get rolling!
