A lot goes into our Provincial Skills Competitions and Whitney is the guiding light behind a lot of it. Rallying, inspiring and coordinating each year’s magnificent group of skilled volunteers, she sets forth a plan and execution schedule to keep everything on track. Whitney’s days are filled with coordinating competitors, planning, logistics, and schedules—sound fun? Well that is Whitney’s jam and she crushes it. While she enjoys all aspects of the role, Whitney’s passion lies in building close relationships with our diverse team of volunteers and hearing their inspiring and infectious excitement for Skills. Additionally, our competitions usually require a commanding voice to keep things on track and Whitney is a great public speaker, who’s pretty darn funny too! Keep an ear out for Whitney at our next PTC meeting.
